Gas odorizer
The natural Gas odorizer is applied to add micro liquid odorant to the gas system. The Gas odorizer uses totally-enclosed working mode, and odorizes according to the proportion of the gas flow change. The main function of the natural Gas odorizer is to add the odorant to the natural gas. When the natural gas leaks, we can smell the odor
of the odorant.

Gas odorizer Technological process
The Gas odorizer can odorize automatically and continuously, and keep the concentration even and stable, with the
accuracy of ≤ ±5%.
SCM control cabinet:
Receive the flowmeter’s 1-3-way 4-20mA flow signal (specify upon ordering), convert the flow signal into the pulse signal to the dosing pump, and dose according to the flow of the natural gas. (Without signal input, regulate manually). The equipment installed on the site uses the whole explosion-proof design, and the explosion-proof rating meets the explosion-proof requirement of the gate station first zone. The explosion-proof mark is doll CT6, and is marked at the visible location of
the equipment.
The diaphragm-type plunger dosing pump outputs the working pressure of 1.73Mpa. The output quantity of the odorant in
the single stroke of the odorizing pump is adjustable within the scope of 20-400mg/time, meeting the gas flow of 110,000 m3/h at most.
The metering tank has the functions of displaying and calibrating the liquid level of glass tube. The metering tank is normal pressure vessel made of the stainless steel. The upper and lower parts use the welding head process. The surface uses the polishing process. The rated maximum working pressure is ＜0.05Mpa.
